Version 1, 20 October 2026. These terms cover castleducation.com and review.castleducation.com, provided free of charge by CastlEducation LLC, DBA CastlEd (“we”). By using them you agree to these terms.
1. Training and examination review only
Everything here is for learning and for review before an examination. It is not engineering advice. Do not use it to design, operate, modify, troubleshoot or make decisions about any real plant, equipment or process; for real work follow your site’s approved procedures, the applicable codes and qualified people.
2. No promise of results
We work to make the material correct and useful, but using it does not mean you will pass any examination, or that you are licensed, qualified or competent for any work. Practice scores and readiness marks are study aids; they do not predict results on any examination.
3. NCEES and the examinations
FE, PE, Fundamentals of Engineering and Principles and Practice of Engineering are names of NCEES, used only to say which exams the test prep covers. We are not affiliated with, endorsed, sponsored or approved by NCEES or any licensing board. Nothing here is copied from NCEES examinations or materials. For the examination itself, its rules, its reference handbook and official practice exams, go to NCEES.
4. Our material
The lessons, problems, tests, pictures and software belong to CastlEducation LLC. You may use them for your own study. Please do not copy, republish, sell or share them, or post questions and answers elsewhere, without our written permission.
5. Mistakes
If you find an error, flag the question or write to us; we correct the material as fast as we can. The material is provided “as is”, and to the extent the law allows we are not liable for loss arising from its use.
6. Free for now
Engineering Exam Prep is free while it is being tested. If we later charge for any part of it, the price, what it includes, how long access lasts and the refund policy will be shown before you pay, and nothing you have already done here will be taken away without notice.
7. Changes
We may change these terms. A change is published here as a new version with its date, and applies from that date.
